HELP BY MAKING SOFT COOKIES!
SOFT COOKIE RECIPE
(3 DOZEN ARE NEED EACH WEEK
AT THE NURSING HOME)
INGREDIENTS:
ANY BOX CAKE FLAVOR
(2 OR 3 BOXES FOR 3 DOZEN COOKIES)
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
2 LARGE EGGS
1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA
BAKE:
350 degrees for 8-10 min
(LOOK FOR A SLIT GOLDEN COLOR AROUND THE EDGES)
IF DECORATED,
PLEASE ONLY SPRINKLE WITH REGULAR SUGAR, CINNAMON/SUGAR MIX OR GLAZE/FROSTING.
(SOME PATIENTS HAVE THE COOKIES LIQUEFIED SO COURSE SUGARS, NUTS AND CHIPS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED)
